the hotel is the perfect choice in Bolzano. the property is clean and well-maintained. 3. Its location next to a park/garden and near restaurants, hiking trails, the gondola, and train station is perfect for exploring the area.

The service was first-rate, including an early check-in. Could use their easy parking. The location was beautiful and fantastic, so close to the main Christmas markets and the centre of the city.

I enjoyed the mix of old charm and modern amenities at this venue for a summer getaway; the rooms were clean, relaxing, and had bathrooms, the staff was friendly, and the outdoor restaurant offered tasty and healthy dishes.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old town, but with a lovely secluded garden to sit and relax. Very hot when we were there, but garden cool, and you could eat outdoors.

Wi-Fi did not work too well with my Ipad. Traditional key very heavy.

The staff in therecption was very friendly and helpful and allow us to cancel 2 nights out of 3 booked without any charge.

The hotel is very old and needs a serious renovation. The pictures on Booked.netand ontheir web site do not reflect the reality. There was no AC in any of the rooms even though on Booked.net it said ''AC on request and at an additional charge'' and we asked for this with 2 months in advance at the time we made the booking.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a nice enough area, very close to all the restaurants and bars, Bolzano/Bozen, and the beautiful central town square. The staff were very good up until the day we left. Thanks to an excellent service we had a fantastic stay. Also, location was great, just 5 minutes walk from Ca' de Bezzi. There was an indoor restaurant nearby.

The hotel is modern and situated in an elegant-style building. I booked a room with marvelous views of the mountains and wineries. - the staff was attentive and very courteous. - the breakfast offered was excellent with a lot of food.

The rooms were spacious, and we were able to book them just two days in advance. the staff was excellent, and they even have convenient parking available. They also allow early check-in, which is a bonus! the location is fabulous, right near the charming historic center 🏰.

Very comfortable room with attentive staff. Excellent breakfasts. Very attentive service in the restaurant with a very good evening meal. Would not fault this hotel and would go again. Convenient car parking arrangements.
